What this site does with your information
Who is responsible
Dani Garcia, Porto, Portugal. Questions about any of this: danidg.arquitectura@gmail.com.
Cookies
These pages set no cookies and store nothing on your device. There is no analytics, no advertising and no profiling, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. The company hosting the site may set a cookie of its own for security or spam protection; if it does, it is strictly necessary for the site to work and is not used to follow you.
If you write to me
The contact form collects your name, email address and message, for the sole purpose of replying to you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — the legitimate interest of answering an enquiry that you chose to send. Messages are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and reach me by email; they are kept as long as the correspondence is useful and deleted after that. Nothing is sold, shared for marketing, or used to build a profile of you.
What the pages fetch
- the typeface used across the site is fetched from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page opens
Beyond these, the pages request nothing from anybody else. There is no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
Your rights
You may ask what information is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask for a copy, or object to it being held at all. Write to danidg.arquitectura@gmail.com and I will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the supervisory authority — in Portugal the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or the authority for the country you live in.
